Lore

The game takes place in the Vanrnek territory, known to many as a place where people tend to disappear. Long ago, Emperor Morbidor ruled these lands, leading his people through fear and shadows. The only remnant of his reign that remains today is his castle, which is now called the Castle of the Dark Abyss. Few are brave enough to venture near it.

The castle in the game is very dark, so to explore it, a light source is necessary. It is home to various monsters, born from the shadows of the feelings of hatred and terror from the time of Morbidor, the Emperor of Shadows.

Minos led a peaceful life in his small town in the Vanrnek countryside until one day, while sunbathing on his lawn, he felt the ground open beneath his feet. After a long fall, Minos woke up in a dark place, surrounded by corpses and remains. Next to him, there was a piece of wood, which he quickly turned into a torch. With some illumination, he managed to identify where he was and felt the presence of something ominous behind him. As he turned around, he shivered and saw only a statue of a reaper.
